Hello and welcome! I'm Cynthia B, certified Holistic Nutrition Coach, trained at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. By cooking and preparing whole, nutrient-dense foods, I have learned to listen to and treat my body kindly, and recognize the mind-body-soul connection in achieving optimum health. One way I've maintained a healthy lifestyle is by planning meals. A former high school Spanish teacher, and public health trainer, I now help others make lifestyle changes starting with a simple meal plan. I'm also a budding urban farmer, a champion of health justice, and a fertility advocate and resource. I love blender coffee, adventure, Netflix marathons, yoga, riding bikes, and attempting to quench my insatiable wanderlust.
